- Eligibility for Refunds
- Only items purchased directly from UsArtHome are eligible.
- Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging.
- Fragile lighting products must include all accessories, components, and documentation.
Refunds are not available for:
- Items damaged due to improper use, installation, or handling by the customer
- Items missing components or packaging
- Custom or made-to-order lighting unless defective
- Initiating a Return
- Contact UsArtHome support team at support@usarthome.com within 30 days of delivery to request a return.
- Provide order number, photos of the product, and packaging if damage or defect is reported.
- Returns without prior authorization may be refused or delayed.
- Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or UsArtHome error.
- Fragile items must be packed securely using original packaging or equivalent protective materials.
- We recommend using reliable and trackable shipping methods; UsArtHome is not responsible for loss or damage during returns.
- The return address may be either our factory in Guzhen Town, Zhongshan City, Guangdong Province 528400, China, or our warehouse at 707 S. Grady Way, Suite 600, Renton, Washington 98057, USA. Please return items only to the address confirmed by email.
- Refund Processing
- Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method after inspection.
- UsArtHome may deduct fees for:
- Return shipping
- Restocking (30%-50%) for items returned in non-original condition
- Refund timelines depend on the payment provider or bank and may take 5–10 business days after approval.
- Defective or Damaged Items
- Items damaged in transit or defective upon arrival are eligible for a full refund or replacement.
- Damage must be documented upon delivery (via carrier Proof of Delivery) and reported to UsArtHome immediately.
- Non-Returnable Cases
- Products installed, altered, or customized are non-returnable unless defective.
- Used or improperly handled items will not be eligible for refunds.
- Policy Updates
- This Refund Policy may be updated to reflect operational, legal, or regulatory changes.
- Continued use of UsArtHome services constitutes acceptance of the latest version.
